Abstract
Report on two patients with postpartum pulmonary oedema and shock-syndrome subsequent to prepartum tocolytic therapy with Fenoterol in higher dosages. The possible pathogenetic interactions and the differential diagnosis of this status are discussed. Conclusions are drawn for the clinical use of tocolytic drugs.
