Abstract
INTRODUCTION
Leukemia cutis is a rare event in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
CASE REPORT
A patient with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia developed leukemia cutis at the site of prior cervical (C2-C3) herpes zoster.
DISCUSSION
Leukemia cutis on prior site of herpes zoster is exceptional. It should be differentiated from non specific skin reactions secondary to herpes zoster.
