Abstract
A case of maxillar mixoma in a child aged one year and three months is reported. The child was submitted to a partial ressection of the maxilla and a reconstruction of the orbital floor with a Kirchner wire and a polipropilene Wire netting. The picture taken one year and eight months later shows the favorable result of the operation.

报告了一例1岁3个月儿童的上颌混合瘤病例。该患儿接受了上颌部分切除术，并使用克氏针和聚丙烯丝网对眶底进行了重建。一年零八个月后拍摄的照片显示了手术的良好效果。
