[Current problems of pediatric audiology. Part II. Fitting of hearing aids, cochlear implants and care of the child with hearing loss].

Principles of fitting of hearing aids in infants and small children with special regard to limitation in fitting, measurements in situ, precision and efficiency in hearing aids choice are described. Author presented current results of the questionnaire investigations concerning early detection of children hypoacusis, preschool and public school education. Own examinations results of speech and language acquisition in deaf children as well as authors opinion on cochlear implants were presented.
