Improved viability, quality, oxygen delivery capacity and metabolic activity of packed cells was obtained when blood was collected into (CP2D) citrate-phosphate anticoagulant with extra dextrose and, after separation of plasma, stored in an adenine-enhanced electrolyte solution. The system has been incorporated into clinical transfusion practice.
当血液收集到含有额外葡萄糖的（CP2D）枸橼酸盐 - 磷酸盐抗凝剂中，血浆分离后，储存于含腺嘌呤的强化电解质溶液中时，浓缩红细胞的活力、质量、氧输送能力及代谢活性均得到改善。该系统已被纳入临床输血实践。
