Between 1982 and 1991 we treated 48 patients with a glomus tumour in the hand or foot. There were 42 women and 6 men, aged between 14 and 61 years. Forty-five tumours were in the subungual region and 41 were on the anterolateral aspect of a distal phalanx. The lesions presented with a classic triad of pain, tenderness and sensitivity to temperature, particularly cold. Excision of the tumour was curative.
1982年至1991年间，我们治疗了48例手部或足部血管球瘤患者。其中女性42例，男性6例，年龄在14岁至61岁之间。45个肿瘤位于甲下区域，41个位于远节指骨的前外侧。这些病变表现出疼痛、压痛和对温度敏感（尤其是对冷敏感）的典型三联征。肿瘤切除可治愈。
