Psychopathological and clinical dynamic aspects of prolonged (duration more than 6 months) depressive states formed under conditions of stressogenic situation were investigated in 63 patients of two Moscow general outpatient clinics in 1994-1995. The general regularities of such depressions' development were established: the periods of initial disturbances, of "psychogenic" depression and of endogenisation. The conditions may progress: with frue affective disorders prevalence; with relative predominance of senesto-hypochondriac and anxious-phobic disturbances; with so called alternating course which was characterised by numerous changes of the leading psychopathological syndrome. The recommendations are given concerning patients' therapy.
1994年至1995年，对莫斯科两家普通门诊诊所的63例患者进行了研究，探讨了在应激源情境下形成的长期（持续时间超过6个月）抑郁状态的精神病理学和临床动态方面。确定了此类抑郁症发展的一般规律：初始紊乱期、“心因性”抑郁期和内源性化期。病情可能进展：伴有真性情感障碍患病率；伴有衰老-疑病和焦虑-恐惧障碍相对占优势；伴有所谓的交替病程，其特征是主要精神病理综合征有许多变化。针对患者的治疗给出了建议。
