The aim of palliative care for urinary tract cancer is to preserve the quality of life. Various urological disorders may need care: hematuria, micturition trouble, upper urinary tract obstruction complicated with pain or renal insufficiency. Endourological procedures have widely improved therapy. Physical pain and moral pain are considered as a global approach. Prescription of antalgic drugs and the progression of their dose are best managed when palliative care unit and urological unit act as a both.
