Abstract

This study evaluated the shear bond strengths of resin composite to dentin using Kanca's "total-etch" technique (etching with 37% phosphoric acid, application of Tenure Solutions A and B, and application of Scotchbond 2 Adhesive). Bonding was done under different conditions, to specimens with or without hydrostatic pressure. Shear bond strengths were 20.1 MPa to dentin under simulated physiologic pressure, and 15.2 MPa to dentin without pressure.

本研究采用坎卡的“全酸蚀”技术(用37%磷酸酸蚀、应用Tenure溶液A和B以及应用Scotchbond 2粘结剂)评估树脂复合材料与牙本质之间的剪切粘结强度。在不同条件下对有或无静水压力的标本进行粘结。在模拟生理压力下与牙本质的剪切粘结强度为20.1兆帕,无压力时与牙本质的剪切粘结强度为15.2兆帕。
