The purpose of this study was to describe the CT features of gastrointestinal involvement in seven patients with Henoch-Schönlein syndrome.
Although the incidence of Henoch-Schönlein syndrome is low, it should be considered when CT scans show multifocal areas of bowel-wall thickening, mesenteric edema, vascular engorgement, and nonspecific lymphadenopathy. It should be considered especially in young patients with acute gastrointestinal symptoms.
本研究旨在描述7例过敏性紫癜患者胃肠道受累的CT特征。
尽管过敏性紫癜的发病率较低，但当CT扫描显示肠壁增厚、肠系膜水肿、血管充血和非特异性淋巴结肿大的多灶性区域时，应考虑该病。尤其对于有急性胃肠道症状的年轻患者更应考虑。
