Abstract
Two Nigerian patients with dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans of the face are described. Both patients developed histologically typical tumours of unusual size. The condition is discussed in relation to previous reports of this unusual location and the frequency of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans in Africa.
