Specificity of interaction between factors of contact phase of blood coagulation and noradrenaline was studied. Human blood plasma lost the capacity to contact activation after chromatography on a column with noradrenaline-Sepharose. High specificity in binding of factors of contact phase with ligand-noradrenaline, "utilization" of factor XII during interaction with the ligand, the high specific activity of factor XII bound to noradrenaline-Sepharose were observed.
研究了血液凝固接触相因子与去甲肾上腺素之间相互作用的特异性。人血浆在去甲肾上腺素-琼脂糖柱上进行层析后失去了接触激活的能力。观察到接触相因子与配体去甲肾上腺素结合具有高特异性，在与配体相互作用过程中因子XII的“利用”情况，以及与去甲肾上腺素-琼脂糖结合的因子XII的高比活性。
