Abstract

The health care delivery landscape is becoming increasingly complicated. Delivery systems and insurance products are attempting to balance choice with value. Large purchasers are deciding between taking on risk and designing their own benefit package as opposed to paying for the insurance companies to assume their risk and accepting the federally qualified benefit package.
