Abstract

The experiment has shown that the aqueous extract and alcohol extract of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei can markedly inhibit the production of LPO in mice liver in vitro, and the aqueous extract also restrains the LPO increase in mice liver-caused by adriamycin or D-galactose.

摘要

实验表明，大黄水提取物和醇提取物在体外能显著抑制小鼠肝脏中脂质过氧化物（LPO）的产生，且水提取物还能抑制由阿霉素或D-半乳糖引起的小鼠肝脏LPO升高。
