The urinary excretion of histamine was observed daily during the development of contact sensitivity to picryl chloride in the mouse. After challenge, effected by painting the ears, urine histamine increased about four fold, while the histamine content in the ears did not change significantly. It is suggested that during challenge there is a general release of histamine, which may be the result either of an immediate hypersensitivity reaction or an effect of anaphylatoxin formation after complement activation.
在小鼠对苦味酸氯产生接触性敏感的过程中,每天观察组胺的尿排泄情况。在通过耳部涂抹进行激发后,尿组胺增加了约四倍,而耳部的组胺含量没有显著变化。这表明在激发过程中存在组胺的全身性释放,这可能是速发型超敏反应的结果,或者是补体激活后过敏毒素形成的作用。
