Abstract
A sesquiterpene isolated from the roots of Aristolochia indica (Linn.) was found to exert 100% interceptive activity and 91.7% anti-implantation activity in mice at a single oral dose of 100 mg/kg b. wt. No toxic effect was found at the dose levels used.

从印度马兜铃（Aristolochia indica (Linn.)）根部分离出的一种倍半萜烯，在小鼠单次口服剂量为100毫克/千克体重时，被发现具有100%的抗着床活性和91.7%的抗植入活性。在所使用的剂量水平下未发现毒性作用。
