Among 23 microbial strains, Alcaligenes metalcaligenes CCEB 312 was found to be most suitable for the conversion of fumaric acid to L-aspartic acid. In a growth medium containing 4% peptone, the strain produced as much as 50 g L-aspartic acid per litre.
在23种微生物菌株中,发现产碱金属产碱菌CCEB 312最适合将富马酸转化为L-天冬氨酸。在含有4%蛋白胨的生长培养基中,该菌株每升可产生多达50克L-天冬氨酸。
