Abstract
The paper deals with the types of antigens for detection of anti-Helicobacter pylori antibodies. There are informations about the protein composition of Helicobacter pylori and about the specificity and immunogenicity of particular proteins. The authors review and evaluate different types of antigenic preparations used in serological tests and inform about the commercial kits for serological detection of Helicobacter pylori infection.
