Abstract
In coeliac disease, dietary exposure to gluten is associated with an autoimmune response to gastrointestinal antigens, including endomysium. Measurement of autoantibodies to endomysium is a highly specific and sensitive method of diagnosing coeliac disease. Analysis of the interaction between gluten and endomysium should provide a critical insight into the pathogenesis of this condition.

在乳糜泻中，饮食中接触麸质与针对包括肌内膜在内的胃肠道抗原的自身免疫反应有关。检测抗肌内膜自身抗体是诊断乳糜泻的一种高度特异性和敏感性的方法。分析麸质与肌内膜之间的相互作用应能为深入了解这种疾病的发病机制提供关键线索。
