A case of primary pure squamous cell carcinoma of the endometrium in a 50-year-old woman is reported. There was deep myometrial and para-cervical invasion. There is no evidence of metastases 2 years after total hysterectomy and salpingo-oophorectomy and radiation therapy. The patient is probably the youngest suffering from such a tumor. A detailed review of the literature has been carried out.
报告了一例50岁女性原发性子宫内膜纯鳞状细胞癌的病例。存在子宫肌层深部和宫颈旁浸润。全子宫切除、双侧输卵管卵巢切除及放疗两年后无转移证据。该患者可能是患有此类肿瘤的最年轻患者。已对文献进行了详细回顾。
