Two siblings, 24 and 20 years of age, developed proximal Muscular atrophy with distal hypertrophy starting at age 14 and 8 years, respectively. They were seen at St. Mary Hospital, Tigray, Ethiopia, in 1996. The history and clinical picture fit with Becker's Muscular dystrophy.
