The objective of this article is to describe main certification problems and difficulties that may concern physicians responsible for prophylactic care of adolescents. Certification concerning the replacement of candidates to technical schools is a very complex task and it requires from physicians to examine carefully the health condition of pupils and candidates and assess conditions of the work environment. The prereplacement medical examinations should facilitate the detection of any health defects that could disqualify a candidate.
本文的目的是描述负责青少年预防性保健的医生可能面临的主要认证问题和困难。关于职业技术学校候选人替换的认证是一项非常复杂的任务，它要求医生仔细检查学生和候选人的健康状况，并评估工作环境条件。替换前的医学检查应有助于发现任何可能使候选人不合格的健康缺陷。
