Hibernation and stunning are important causes of reversible left ventricular dysfunction in patients with ischaemic heart disease. A case is presented where these conditions precipitated referral for cardiac allograft transplantation, and where left ventricular function was found to be markedly improved after two years in the absence of transplantation.
冬眠和心肌顿抑是缺血性心脏病患者左心室功能可逆性障碍的重要原因。本文报告了1例因这些情况而促使患者转诊进行心脏移植，且在未进行移植的情况下，两年后左心室功能显著改善的病例。
