Abstract
Suicidal poisoning of postgraduate health service personnel are not described in the literature. We present the experiences on that field of the Acute Poisoning Centre of Jan Bozy Hospital in Lublin. From 1992 till 1996 we have recorded 20 intoxications. Among them the poisonings of the medical doctors are the most frequent. Psychotropic drugs and ethanol were mainly used. One insulin poisoning was mortal.
