Abstract
Delivery ending with cesarotomy in women with A.-V.-block is thought to be the least hazardous. In cases where cardiac syncope occured before delivery, temporary cardiac pacemaker is applied. A complicated course of gynaecologic operation in a patient with permanent pacemaker on demand is described.
