Systemic toxic effects of 2% cyclopentolate eye drops were studied in 66 adults. Out of these, 10 developed systemic toxic reactions. In 6 cases it was mild and in the remaining 4 cases the severity was moderate. Recovery was complete without any treatment. It is suggested that the use of 2% cyclopentolate drops should be restricted, and weaker concentrations applied with caution.
对66名成年人研究了2%环喷托酯滴眼液的全身毒性作用。其中，10人出现全身毒性反应。6例为轻度，其余4例为中度。未经任何治疗即完全康复。建议限制使用2%环喷托酯滴眼液，并谨慎使用浓度较低的制剂。
