Until now the most important factor affecting the surgical treatment of ventricular septal defect (VSD) is pulmonary hypertention. 307 patients with ventricular septal defect (VSD) were treated surgically from May 1989 to May 1995 with a mortality rate of 2.9%. Among the 307 patients, 24 were complicated by severe pulmonary hypertension (Pp/Ps > or = 80%) and the mortality rate was 20.8%. Perioperative therapy and operative indications were discussed. Catheterization data, physical examination, chest X-ray and electrocardiographic findings were also analysed by comparision with operative outcome.
到目前为止，影响室间隔缺损（VSD）外科治疗的最重要因素是肺动脉高压。1989年5月至1995年5月期间，对307例室间隔缺损（VSD）患者进行了外科治疗，死亡率为2.9%。在这307例患者中，24例合并严重肺动脉高压（Pp/Ps≥80%），死亡率为20.8%。讨论了围手术期治疗和手术指征。还通过与手术结果进行比较，分析了心导管检查数据、体格检查、胸部X线和心电图检查结果。
