Culturally diverse people are predicted to comprise the majority of the population in the next century. Advanced practice nurses will be responsible for delivering culturally sensitive care as well as managing a work force of diverse caregivers. This article presents an approach to understanding how best to maximize the richness that diversity brings to the client's care.
