Abstract
This is a description of an original method of performing gastrostomy using an operating laparoscope through a single puncture under direct vision. It is accessible to any surgeon with basic laparoscopic skills who has a basic laparoscopic instrument set and an operating laparoscope. No other special equipment or disposables are required.
