[Non-comparative evaluation of a new hydrofiber dressing in the treatment of vascular ulcers].

OBJECTIVE
To evaluate the performance of the hydrofiber dressing in the treatment of leg ulcers.
METHODS
Multicenter, open, non-comparative study of 23 patients with the mean age of 69.6 years. The mean duration of actual ulcer was 2.6 years.
RESULTS
Twelve (55%) patients had marketed improvement in overall change in the condition on the wound and 5 (23%) patients had mild improvement. The majority of dressing changes were pain-free (63%). The dressing changes, application and removal, were easy 171 (99%) and 149 (87%). The mean dressing wear time was 2.4 days. The mean ulcer area at the start of the study was 2.730 mm2 and the final dressing change was 1.963 mm2. The median percentage reduction was 36%.
CONCLUSION
The use of the non-occlusive hydrofiber dressing is suitable for the treatment of exudating leg ulcers.

评估水凝胶敷料治疗腿部溃疡的效果。
方法
对23例平均年龄69.6岁的患者进行多中心、开放性、非对照研究。实际溃疡的平均持续时间为2.6年。
结果
12例（55%）患者伤口状况总体改善明显，5例（23%）患者有轻度改善。大多数换药过程无痛（63%）。换药、敷料应用和去除操作简便的分别为171例（99%）和149例（87%）。敷料平均使用时间为2.4天。研究开始时溃疡平均面积为2.730平方毫米，最后一次换药时为1.963平方毫米。中位数减少百分比为36%。
结论
使用非封闭性水凝胶敷料适用于治疗有渗液的腿部溃疡。
