Wilms' tumor is a renal tumor that develops in childhood and is one of the most common malignant tumors in children under 5 years old. Bone metastases are extremely rare in Wilms' tumor, with only two reported cases in adults. We report the case of a patient who underwent nephrectomy for Wilms' tumor at the age of 10 years and presented with a bone mass in his left femur 13 years later.
肾母细胞瘤是一种发生于儿童期的肾脏肿瘤，是5岁以下儿童最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。肾母细胞瘤发生骨转移极为罕见，成人中仅有两例报道。我们报告一例患者，该患者10岁时因肾母细胞瘤接受了肾切除术，13年后左股骨出现骨块。
