Expanding the skills needed in clinical supervision.

In the first part of this article in last week's Nursing Times it was argued that effective clinical supervision required skills fundamental to all good human relationships, such as building trust, negotiation and respecting boundaries. This week we outline techniques to develop and enhance these skills.
