Abstract
We describe a simple and expeditious technique for harvesting the internal mammary artery for minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass. This technique utilizes video-assistance but does not require dedicated endoscopic surgical instruments. With this method complete mobilization of the entire length of the artery can be easily achieved.
