Abstract
An endo-(1 lead to 6)-beta-D-glucanase (EC 3.2.1), isolated from the culture filtrate of Mucor hiemalis, was purified by ammonium sulphate fractionation and gel filtration. The homogeneity of the enzyme was confirmed by disc electrophoresis. The enzyme had a wide range of temperature and pH stability, high substrate specificity, and an action pattern of the endo-type.

从毛霉的培养滤液中分离出一种内切 -（1→6）-β-D-葡聚糖酶（EC 3.2.1），通过硫酸铵分级分离和凝胶过滤进行纯化。通过圆盘电泳确认了该酶的均一性。该酶具有广泛的温度和pH稳定性、高底物特异性以及内切型作用模式。
