The results of treatment of 85 patients with trophic ulcers of various origin by leukocytic serum were compared with the results of treatment of 46 patients treated by routine method. The best clinical and aesthetic effect of this treatment was revealed in a group of patients with trophic ulcers due to vein varicosity. From 58 patients epithelization was detected in 49 (84,5%). The relapses of trophic ulcers in a period from 6 months to 1,5 years were revealed in 5 patients. The use of leukocytic serum ensures high percent of closure of the ulcers chiefly of venous etiology.
将85例不同病因的营养性溃疡患者接受白细胞血清治疗的结果，与46例采用常规方法治疗的患者的治疗结果进行了比较。在因静脉曲张导致营养性溃疡的一组患者中，这种治疗显示出最佳的临床和美学效果。58例患者中，49例（84.5%）出现上皮形成。5例患者在6个月至1.5年期间出现营养性溃疡复发。使用白细胞血清可确保主要由静脉病因引起的溃疡的高闭合率。
