[Hemostasis and antithrombotic therapy in massive thromboembolism of pulmonary artery].

The results of treatment are reviewed for 114 patients with massive thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery in respect to antithrombolytic measures and initial condition of hemostasis. Prognostic hemostasiological criteria of tolerance and relative resistance of the patients to streptokinase preparations and optimal thrombolytic methods in massive thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery are determined.
