Abstract
It was demonstrated that both in vitro and in intravenous injection of prostaglandin F2alpha there occurred labilization of the membranes of sclera and ciliary body lysosomes, in difference from the cornea in rabbits. Glycosidase activity appeared in the vitreous body under the effect of prostaglandin, which was absent under normal conditions.

结果表明，无论是体外还是静脉注射前列腺素F2α，兔巩膜和睫状体溶酶体膜都会发生不稳定现象，这与角膜不同。在前列腺素的作用下，玻璃体中出现了糖苷酶活性，而在正常情况下则不存在。
