Abstract
In anesthetised cats, following vagal stimulation with short bursts of pulses, a narrow zone was identified within the cardiac cycle where even a small change of the vagal burst position produced sharp alterations in the magnitude of the chronotropic effect. Somatostatin diminished the size of this zone whereas its antagonist exerted an opposite effect.
摘要
在麻醉猫中，用短串脉冲刺激迷走神经后，在心动周期内确定了一个狭窄区域，在此区域内，即使迷走神经冲动位置有微小变化，也会导致变时效应幅度发生急剧改变。生长抑素减小了该区域的大小，而其拮抗剂则产生相反的作用。
