Alternative current polarography has been applied to specific determination of INH and acetyl-isoniazide in serum and urine. Determinations can be achieved directly on diluted urines. The method allows measure of pharmacocinetic parameters and determination of acetylation phenotype following I.V. administration of the drug.
交流极谱法已用于血清和尿液中异烟肼（INH）及乙酰异烟肼的特异性测定。可直接对稀释后的尿液进行测定。该方法能够测定药代动力学参数，并在静脉注射该药后确定乙酰化表型。
