The fatiguability of m. stupedius was studied in 20 patients with myasthenia and 16 controls determining the reflex of this muscle by means of electroacoustic bridge. In half of the patients group the fatiguability of stapedius muscle was increased and in some cases the reflex threshold of the muscle was raised. The authors suggest continuation of these investigations especially for determination of the clinical importance of these observations.
通过电声桥测定镫骨肌反射，对20例重症肌无力患者和16名对照者的镫骨肌疲劳性进行了研究。在患者组的一半病例中，镫骨肌的疲劳性增加，且在某些情况下该肌肉的反射阈值升高。作者建议继续进行这些研究，尤其是为了确定这些观察结果的临床意义。
