Based on the study of the literature data and personal author's clinical material (682 punctures) the author was able to reveal the advantages of repeated left-sided puncture of the subclavian vein. An attempt is made to systematize complications relative to this procedure, depending on the side of puncturing in cardiosurgical patients.
基于对文献资料和作者本人临床资料（682例穿刺）的研究，作者得以揭示锁骨下静脉重复左侧穿刺的优势。本文尝试根据心脏外科手术患者穿刺的侧别，对该操作相关的并发症进行系统分类。
