Abstract
Emphysematous pyelonephritis and cystitis are both rare entities that have not been reported in children. The authors report an unusual case of a baby boy presenting with bilateral emphysematous pyelonephritis and cystitis associated with bilateral pelviureteric junction obstruction and urinary tract infection.

气肿性肾盂肾炎和膀胱炎均为罕见疾病，此前未见儿童病例报道。本文作者报告了一例男婴的罕见病例，该患儿患有双侧气肿性肾盂肾炎和膀胱炎，并伴有双侧肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻及尿路感染。
