Abstract
A series of 5-methyl-3-phenyl thiazolo[5,4-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c] pyrimidin-2-thiones and 5-methyl-3-phenyl thiazolo[5,4-e]pyrimidino[3,4-b][1,2,4]triazin-2-thiones were prepared as potential antimicrobial and antitumor agents. Some of the tested compounds showed promising activity. The detailed synthesis, spectroscopic and biological data are reported.

制备了一系列5-甲基-3-苯基噻唑并[5,4-e][1,2,4]三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-硫酮和5-甲基-3-苯基噻唑并[5,4-e]嘧啶并[3,4-b][1,2,4]三嗪-2-硫酮作为潜在的抗菌和抗肿瘤剂。一些测试化合物显示出有前景的活性。报道了详细的合成、光谱和生物学数据。
