Abstract

This article presents a case of occult spontaneous uterine rupture complicated by pelvic infection and peritonitis in the postpartum period. Ultrasonography played a primary role in the diagnosis of this complication and clearly demonstrated the uterine wall defect. This finding was confirmed later by computed tomography and by surgery.

本文介绍了一例产后隐匿性自发性子宫破裂并发盆腔感染和腹膜炎的病例。超声检查在该并发症的诊断中起主要作用，清晰地显示了子宫壁缺损。这一发现后来通过计算机断层扫描和手术得到证实。
