Backfiltration (Bkf) is a potentially very dangerous phenomenon in haemodialysis, when chemical or biological contamination is present in the dialysate. It occurs when the dialysate pressure within the filter exceeds the pressure in the blood compartment, i.e. when Pbo < Pdi + pi o (where Pbo = the hydrostatic blood pressure at the filter outlet, Pdi = hydrostatic dialysate pressure at the filter inlet, pi o = oncotic pressure at filter outlet).
回渗(Bkf)是血液透析中一种潜在的非常危险的现象,当透析液中存在化学或生物污染时就会发生。当过滤器内的透析液压力超过血液腔室的压力时,即当Pbo < Pdi + pi o(其中Pbo =过滤器出口处的血液静水压,Pdi =过滤器入口处的透析液静水压,pi o =过滤器出口处的胶体渗透压)时,就会发生回渗。
