To describe a unique videokeratographic pattern in one family with the vesicular form of posterior polymorphous dystrophy (PPD).
Descriptive case series of five patients with PPD including keratometry, videokeratography, axial length, and pachymetry.
All affected family members with PPD demonstrated videokeratographic steep corneas with keratometry greater than three standard deviations over reported mean.
Videokeratographic corneal steepening appears to be associated with PPD in one family with the autosomal dominant vesicular form of disease.
