A case of 44 years old male with rupture of the distal insertion of the biceps brachii tendon of the dominant extremity is presented. Two approaches were used; anterior one to find the tendon and posterior one to reattach the tendon to radial tuberosity according to Anderson and Boyd technique. Fourteen months after surgery the patient entirely regained preinjury level of elbow flexion and forearm supination if strength and endurance is concerned.
本文报告一例44岁男性优势侧肱二头肌远端肌腱断裂的病例。采用了两种手术入路；根据安德森和博伊德技术，前入路用于寻找肌腱，后入路用于将肌腱重新附着于桡骨粗隆。术后14个月，就力量和耐力而言，患者肘关节屈曲和前臂旋前功能完全恢复至伤前水平。
