Comparison of eye fundus changes in patients in whom malignant hypertension was diagnosed.
14 patients (6 F, 8 M) aged 24-54 years were examined. In all cases kidney disease was the cause of arterial hypertension. 11 patients underwent kidney transplantation (0.5-20 years before the study), 2 patients was hemodialysed, 1 received only pharmacological treatment.
During the first examination in two patients IV grade of hypertensive retinopathy (K-W classification) was found, in the rest of the patients I/II or II grade with typical changes for malignant hypertension in the past (Elschnig's spots) was found. In control examinations (6 months-21 years) the persistence of the previously noticed changes was observed.
比较已确诊为恶性高血压患者的眼底变化。
对14例年龄在24至54岁之间的患者（6例女性，8例男性）进行了检查。所有病例中，肾脏疾病均为动脉高血压的病因。11例患者接受了肾脏移植（研究前0.5至20年），2例患者接受血液透析，1例仅接受药物治疗。
首次检查时，发现2例患者患有IV级高血压性视网膜病变（K-W分级），其余患者为I/II级或II级，既往有恶性高血压的典型变化（埃尔施尼格斑）。在对照检查（6个月至21年）中，观察到先前发现的变化持续存在。
