[Diagnosis and therapy of erectile dysfunction].

The erectile dysfunction (impotence of the man) affects 10% of the male population. It is mostly due to physical problems but also due to mental causes. A hormone deficiency due to age affects only a small percentage of the patients. A differentiated urologic diagnostic is necessary. Therapy includes pharmacological and partly surgical treatment. The different options are demonstrated.
