Hydrophobic characteristics of phenothiasine 10-acyl derivatives obtained by alkaline hydrolysis of native compounds permit their separation from native phenothiasine 10-alkyl derivatives during re-extraction from organic phase by 0.5 N solution of sulfuric acid. Separation of the two main groups of phenothiasine derivatives during the re-extraction phase improves the specificity of their further detection by thin-layer chromatography, spectrophotometry, and staining reactions.
天然化合物经碱性水解得到的吩噻嗪10-酰基衍生物的疏水特性,使其在从有机相中用0.5N硫酸溶液进行再萃取时,能够与天然吩噻嗪10-烷基衍生物分离。在再萃取阶段将吩噻嗪衍生物的两个主要基团分离,提高了通过薄层色谱法、分光光度法和染色反应对其进行进一步检测的特异性。
